For Humboldt University of Berlin we are creating the poster campaign »Humboldt unterwegs«

The Berlin NORDSONNE IDENTITY agency is developing the poster campaign »Humboldt unterwegs« for the Humboldt University in Berlin (HU Berlin). As part of the celebration of its 200th anniversary, the HU has published an open invitation to participate in public seminars, discussion forums and practical courses in central locations in Berlin under the motto »Die Humboldt-Universität geht auf die Straße und macht die Stadt zum Campus« (the Humboldt University takes to the streets and turns the city into a campus).

Together with Annika Lischke, set designer, and Jens Bösenberg, photographer, NORDSONNE IDENTITY has created a miniature model of the city of Berlin on an area measuring approx. two square metres. The model was constructed from hundreds of objects in daily use. The small, urban areas created in this way clearly illustrate the intense relationship between the Humboldt University and the city of Berlin. The campaign will be displayed in both 18/1 and A1 format in Berlin in May and June 2010.

NORDSONNE IDENTITY has been supporting the Humboldt University in various communication projects since 2009. Thus, the agency was awarded, among other things, the contract to plan and organize the festivities celebrating the 200th anniversary of HU until December 2010.
