Unfortunately, telephone lines or data cables are no more than products, with a limited capacity for procuring IT/TC services. It's clearly more effective to introduce projects which deal with inter-human contact. Telekom recognised precisely this fact early on and created an online portal for clients with services and products being discussed as side issues.

In many cases, Deutsche Telekom markets its products via the online portals of its subsidiaries. Not only freelance professionals but also small and medium-sized companies are contacted via the client portals of Telekom. For this portal we have developed a text tonality in cooperation with the Düsseldorf marketing agency "upside" which discusses products and services, while keeping its distance from traditional marketing slogans and trivial sales offers.

Exciting and lively topics were the primary focus of the work, both in terms of researching topics and implementing texts. This is how headlines, sublines, reports and product texts were generated.
