The Dussmann group is a globally active services company with an edge: the services range from integrated building management to professional care for the elderly, to office services and right through to the sale of all kinds of media at the KulturKaufhaus Berlin. The major communicative challenge in this respect lies in the creation of an umbrella brand which amalgamates this broad portfolio and enables cross-fertilization.
With over 53,000 employees and branches in 26 countries, the Dussmann group is the largest global private multi-service provider. With its subsidiaries Dussmann Service, Kursana, Dussmann Office and the KulturKaufhaus in Berlin, the group's range of services covers the entire service spectrum.
The agency NORDSONNE IDENTITY was well able to outdo its competitors when it came to a second-stage pitch for creating the global online presence of the group and its subsidiaries. The first step involved the revision of the websites of the holding company in addition to its subsidiaries based in Germany. In the course of subsequent collaboration, steps were taken to design and gradually develop international Internet presences with strategic communication in mind.
Furthermore, we are currently developing an ongoing series of communication solutions for the Dussmann group, which are primarily aimed at internal and external corporate communication. This includes, for example, the catering glossary; a resource unique on the Internet, which has been published in German and English, as well as a technical solution for portraying the business catering capabilities of the company's catering division.
