If the truth be told, it's not easy to combine the stationary services of a cultural department store with the international services of a building managers or senior care company. Nevertheless, it was precisely this task that the Dussmann Group assigned us when we submitted a pitch for its online communication project. The search for solutions has yet to lose any of its excitement.

The Dussmann group, which has a global presence, commissioned us with devising completely new online communication; the design as well as the configuration of all corporate websites. The first step involved revising the appearance of the holding company based in Germany together with its subsidiaries. In addition to developing an umbrella brand identity, dussmann.com, we expanded the online communication of the subsidiaries Dussmann Service, Kursana, Dussmann Office and Dussmann das KulturKaufhaus by means of Internet infrastructures, which were on the one hand autonomous, but on the other hand clearly belonged to the group.

The main focus of the project was to transfer the wide range of services offered by the company to a site architecture that could be understood by the visitor. The international websites of the multi-service provider, which is represented in 26 countries, are currently being designed
